I love making stuff in the blender, it’s easy, healthy, filling, and way better than having to waste time eating a meal. I usually make up smoothies myself, I don’t really have a guide or a specific recipe, I just use the fresh fruits I have available. This was a very good consistancy though, so I am going to keep making this one.

All it takes…

  • One ripe banana
  •  Seven or so strawberries
  • Cup of Milk
  • Tsp. of Salted Caramel (glass jar kind)
  • Touch of Cinnamon
  •  Couple tsp.of whipped cream
