I love how these colors are based on Crayola crayons. They were on sale at Ulta in Southern Pines and this was the only one left. It reminds me of a strawberry smoothie, looks yummy.
I like how clients know that pink is my color! On my birthday one of my clients got me a set of pink clippers that have pink guards, and that is what I use at work now for men hair cuts! One of my loyal clients at my old job got me this nice coffee cup right before I left. I didn’t even know they made pink ones, but I had been eyeing the silver ones for a while. It’s great for coffee and keeps your drink at the right temperature for you. The only downside is that you can’t wash it in the dish washer.

I have been meaning to check out Mr. Star’s lipsticks for a couple years. I have been a fan of his since the Myspace days and before he was really that famous at all. Finally, for my birthday this year I got some goodies to try out. I received one lipstick in the shade Beauty Pageant, and four velour liquid lipsticks in the following shades: Androgyny, Leo, Prom Night, Doll Parts, and Queen Supreme.
I haven’t been using them for too long, but I will make sure to write up a nice little review shortly! I am wearing Queen Supreme above, which is my fave. at the moment.
Today I am sharing with you one of my all time favorite purses. I have had this pretty thing since I was a high schooler. It was a gift from my mom. I like how it’s monogrammed. That’s always prevalent in southern fashion. Girls around here love to have their initials or full name on things, I guess we just like to be known, as well as organized!
This hot pink shirt can be dressed up or worn casual. It’s a sheer fabric, styled like an oxford button down, and the back is cut out. I think it’s from Belk’s or Dillards. I should have gotten a picture of the back! Oh well. I had it paired with black leggings, gray knee socks by Goldtoe, and nude heels from Charlotte Rouse. Oh yea, I had on my Barbie shoe necklace. It’s from Etsy, made with real Barbie heels.
If I paint my own nails, I usually paint them black or pink, cause those are my favorite colors I suppose (I know that black isn’t really a color, but IDC!) I also like the color blue a lot! Anyways, this is one of my favorite polishes that I have ever had because it is the prettiest. I have no idea where it’s from, but it’s such a pretty shade of fuscia. It’s bright, bold, shiny, and flirty. This is the quintessential Barbie color as well. =p
Happy late Valentine’s everyone! I celebrated by going to PF Changs and Maxie B’s cake place. Valentine’s is my favorite holiday because I love pink and red, especially when they are paired together! My nails are festive for this romantic time of year also. I went old school Barbie pink (it’s Shellac), the color I used a lot in high school, whenever I wasn’t sporting black polish! ❤
