This is a top I got at Christmas this year. I donned this when we went out on Super bowl Sunday. I did get a few head turns. These pants are rather old but they’re such a statement piece that there’s no way I would part with them! Same with the boots, I have honestly re-bought these ones because they are my all time faves, by A.N.A. They are biker chic, but also dressy and have a high heel – just perfect!
This dress got wrinkled while I was in the car for a couple hours, but it’s a beaute so I had to share. I wore this nice Lilly Pulitzer shift to my cousin’s baby shower, she’s expecting her first child at the end of this month! It’s a bright blue hue and kind of a heavy cotton fabric with little indentations along the entirety of the dress, and a regal gold curly embellishment at the decolletage. It brought out my tan which is the deepest natural one I’ve had in forever, sadly I’m sure it will fade in a few more weeks.
My brother’s gf’s brother got married in August and this is what I wore.
It’s a fancy white and green shift with a splash of orange. Oh yes, and it also has a lovely white ribbed detail at the flattering neckline. I’m so tan this summer since I’ve been at the pool since the end of April. Got to show it off before it fades!!
I went to visit family near Charlotte today. We went to eat and I got some photos with my nana. The outfit consists of a baby pink Tommy Hilfiger sleeveless top, paired with a pleated soft peach skater skirt from Forever 21, and my huge fushia Michael Kors bag.
I am super proud of my tan this summer!!!! That is part of the reason I went with mainly light hues to ensure a pop in my skintone. I think it’s awesome, and I worked so hard at the pool to obtain it!!
I decided to give Fashion Nova a try one day when I saw that they had a deal for free shipping. Turns out, I am impressed! I fell in love with this fuzzy, puffy hat that embodies 60’s gogo dancer, and after looking at trendy belts, this Kim K, sexy suspender style one seemed like a great start for my collection. I’m very much in love and the quality is great. No complaints here. I’ve gotten a ton of compliments on the hat so far and I’ve only worn it a couple times!
Happy first day of June! There’s Severe thunder storms in my area so I had to change into wellies before dinner. I know everyone has a dress with this print, at least down here, but when I found it in a pink shift style last summer, I adored it. It is a nice little beach cover up as well.
My hair is extra cute tonight because I wore it up. It’s just folded up and in to my hair band. Awesome how it looks so nice but it took two seconds to stuff into place! Notice also the Simply Southern croakie for my sunglasses around my neck; it comes to a perfect bow in back. If you were wondering what the print is, it is pink zebras!
I wore this to dinner at Blue Rock Pizza last month. It was unintentional but I ended up in all grey! I hadn’t planned on wearing anything super cute, but I decided to photo it when I realized it was an epic outfit. I probably shouldn’t have worn suede since it was raining, however, the color matched the stormy night perfectly!
Shoes from Wish, purse by Coach, shirt from Victoria’s Secret, hoodie by Forever 21.
This is what I wore on Christmas day! It’s a snug fitting dress that’s from the Project Runway collection this year, available at J.C. Penny’s. Kentaro was the winner this year, so they’re his designs. He’s so talented, I was rooting for him!
I loved the color on myself, it brought out my eye color, and it felt pretty comfortable. The front is like a corset so it made my shape very becoming.
I felt like a version of Auora, Belle, or Ariel in this fabulous number. It’s originally from the fifties, it’s velvet with satin trim on the waist, and a bow behind that can be snapped on or off.
I wore this on Christmas Eve and it was a hit! It was also warm enough thanks to the sleeves.
